CFJ5/CFJ10/CFJ25Mechanical anemometer

Main purpose and scope of use:
A mechanical anemometer used in CFJ coal mines to measure the average velocity of airflow. It is mainly used for measuring the average wind speed underground in coal mines, and is also suitable for wind speed measurement in other occasions such as construction, meteorology, oceanography, transportation, textiles, chemical industry, civil air defense engineering, grain processing, and aerodynamic research.

Structure and working principle:
The structure and transmission system of the instrument, as well as the low, medium, and high-speed air gauges, are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, respectively. The instrument mainly consists of wing wheels, turbine, turbine shaft, counter, indicator needle, reset brake pressure rod, clutch brake, protective shell, lifting ring, base, etc. The wing wheel is composed of eight blades installed at a certain angle to the vertical plane of the rotation axis, and the wing wheel shaft is installed in the corundum shaft eyes of two tripods. The rotation of the wing wheel is transmitted to the counter through the turbine and turbine shaft, causing the pointer to rotate and indicate the speed of the wing wheel rotation. The relationship between the speed of the wing wheel rotation and the actual wind speed is recorded on the curve icon of the wind meter. The two levers at the top of the meter, with a cylindrical lever in the shape of a circular cap at the top, are the zero return brake pressure rods. Gently pressing them down can immediately restore the long and short pointers to zero position. The other one is the closing switch, which can be pushed left and right to connect or separate the counter from the wing shaft.
